    Easy returns

    If for any reason you are unhappy with the garment, just let us know within 15 days of delivery of the garment and we will have it picked up from your address and provide you a full refund.     Lilac OCBD

    Had a lavender OCBD shirt from a different shirtmaker in the past, but not made to measure. Lilac color is as depicted, light and versatile, great hand feel as usual: not too thick but sturdy yet soft. All my measurements were misplaced while ordering, and *I* had to inquire at 6 weeks post-order. Once measurements were confirmed, the shirt arrived in a timely fashion. Fabric/shirt 5/5 stars; communication, 2/5 stars at best, although my previous experience with Luxire has been excellent.
