Returns within 15 days of delivery, refunds issued after the garment has been received at our facility. We will provide complimentary labels for free pickup for USA ,Germany , France, UK, Sweden, Norway , Finland, Switzerland . For other countries, customer will have to ship the garment back at his cost. Any duties liable for the return shipping will also have to be borne by the customer Luxire will not be liable for any loss in transit of the returned garment The garment should be unused and in new condition for a refund

Returns for remake give you the opportunity to dial in your pattern for a better fit, so that the next garment that reaches you fits much better. You just need to share images wearing the garment from front , back and sides. Our fit experts will review the images and adjust changes in your pattern for an improved fit For a remake on your first order for the mentioned value above, you need not send the garment back to us

A new customer will be eligible for 1 remake/refund for a shirt and one remake/refund of a pant upto value $200 for his first order of shirt and first order of pant If the value of the garment exceeds the stipulated $200 for your first order, you will not be eligible for a refund/free remake. In such cases we will offer you a remake at a discount of 50% of the purchased garment value Ordering from a new mail id does not qualify as a new order and if our team feels that same person is ordering with different mail ids, they can deny the refund/remake . The decision of the team will be considered as final in such cases.
